Spend more time in nature – stress reduction is one of the most well-known benefits of being in nature, getting outdoors or even viewing images of nature can be beneficial

Slow down and give yourself permission to pause and reset – we are human beings, not human doings!

Try and park thoughts onto paper and focus on one thing at a time

Check in with your breath on a regular basis and takew time to have 3-5 long deep breaths, this will not only soothe your body but it will also give your mind a break

Stop and pay attention to your surroundings, focus on items of the same colour or pay attention to sounds in the room or outside
